Scaling up Grassroots : Driving Culture Change from the Bottom and the Top

Abstract

We all want better communication culture but it can be hard to know where to start. This presentation will delve into culture-shifting initiatives at the University of Michigan Libraries, how we've sought buy-in, and the impact we've seen so far. Participants will be provided tips so they can make their own change.
