Abstract

Most supervisors are put into leadership positions with little or no previous leadership experience. Through the 10 Laws of Leadership participants learn the 10 invaluable law that will help them lead any group of employees successfully. While these laws are common sense, often times in the heat of the situation they are often forgotten. Learning how to make them a part of your daily processes will make supervision something you enjoy and cut down on the stress of being a leader.
