The Greening of Access Services - Energy Conservation and Sustainability

Abstract

Saving energy and promoting sustainable practices are goals for most organizations today. This session will provide an overview of energy use in typical library operations and identify areas for potential improvement. Options for improving sustainability efforts will also be discussed. Techniques for identifying areas where improvements can be made in energy efficiency, energy conservation, recycling and more will be shared.
