Abstract

Did you lose the use of your facility for 2 years for repairs? Do you know what your entire collection looks like boxed up and on pallets? US TOO! A logistical look at the process of 'big weeding', packing, and unpacking a small academic library while still maintaining services to the campus, before, during and after a pandemic. Emphasis of presentation will be reverse planning/backward design in both physical labor and service provision projects.
