Beyond the Checkout: the Impact of Equipment Lending on Student Success

Abstract

Our equipment lending program grew from a small in-house service to a major operation with over 400 laptops and 500 calculators. Multi-year analysis shows a positive impact on GPA and retention, especially for students who use these resources. The session covers data collection, budgeting, marketing, and decision making.
