Abstract
Campus course reserve services have come far in the last 20 years. This session will take a look at how course reserve services have (and will continue) to evolve due to influences from the following:, , Technology, Recent litigation , Academic best practices, Newly proposed laws, , We'll cover recent initiatives, including the new ARL guidelines and how to effectively incorporate these guidelines into your library's workflow. We will give details about current lawsuits and how they could impact our work. We will include information about where to find the best and most recent information about copyright laws and litigation, and how they affect our profession. Film and media come with their own set of copyright issues. We will have an overview of the laws and best practices that surround this format.,
