Abstract

The nature of work in Access Services on a national level has been rapidly changing over the past decade. The investigators hope to gain insight on how these changes affected job satisfaction of Access Services support staff and whether there is a correlation between job satisfaction and the types of changes that are occurring in Access Services. A survey tool will be used to gather demographic information and the participants will be asked to rate their job satisfaction using both qualitative and quantitative indicators.
